The Web Expert IRIS Payments for WooCommerce payment gateway allows you to accept online payments through the IRIS service.

To start accepting payments through the IRIS service, you must request the activation of the IRIS service for e-commerce at a branch of the bank you cooperate with. Then, once you have completed the necessary documents that the bank will send you and give you access to the DIAS platform, you can proceed with setting up the plugin appropriately, according to the instructions you will receive.

To start accepting payments with IRIS you will first need to follow the steps below:

  1. Enable the IRIS service for e-commerce through the bank.
  2. Visit the platform of DIAS https://apps.dias.com.gr/dias-portal/login.jsp.
  3. Log in to your account with the logins provided to you by the bank.
  4. Fill in the domain URL of your site and set a password.
  5. Fill in the plugin settings with the IRIS Organization Code received from the bank, the user API and the code from DIAS.

With which banks is it compatible with?

The interface of the plugin with the eshop is done through the DIAS platform. Therefore our plugin is compatible with all banks registered in DIAS.

Why do I get an error “Order failed. General server error. (DMSP1000)” during payment?

The specific error, as mentioned in the DIAS documentation, comes from the DIAS’ system. To resolve it you should contact DIAS.

Why do I get a “DMSP1001” error during payment?

This error indicates that there is a problem with your account, as stated in the DIAS documentation. To resolve it you should contact DIAS.

Why do I get error “DMSP1002” during payment?

This particular error indicates that the API user or the password you entered in plugin settings is wrong, as mentioned in the DIAS documentation. You should check whether you have correctly filled in the information entered in DIAS as well as the environment you are in.
