At Web Expert, we want to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about our products, do not hesitate to contact us.

If you have tried to resolve your issue through technical support and you feel that the product you have purchased does not meet your needs, you can request a refund or an exchange with software of equal value.

A refund is granted when:

  • The software does not work as defined on our website.
  • Software malfunctions, contains errors, or is incomplete.
  • The software is not working as expected and this has been verified by the technical support team.

The right of withdrawal can be revoked when:

  • The product works as defined in its description and it doesn’t contain any errors.
  • If the reason for the withdrawal is that the product does not work as you wish. All information and functions of the software are defined in detail on our website and any questions can be clarified by the technical support team before any purchase.
  • If you change your mind after purchasing the product and request a refund.
  • If more than 14 days have passed from the date of purchase.

If you can’t provide access to our technical support to look into your issue and make suggestions / corrections to your environment or our software to make the product work as defined.

With the above details, we ensure that our customers will benefit from the refund, while ensuring that the right of withdrawal is not abused by anyone, as, due to the software technology, you can download the source code, request a refund and continue using the software.

Withdrawal / refund request

To request a refund.

1. Go to My Account> Orders.

2. Find the order you want a refund and select Request a refund.

Note: If there is no return request option, the 14-day period may have elapsed.

3. Select the reason for the return and fill in the details of the reason you return a request.

4. Submit the form by clicking Return Request.

An auto-reply which  confirms the request will be sent to the email address associated with your account. Once your request has been checked, a representative will contact you about the process.

Refunds are made using the same payment method as the original purchase. We make every effort to process your request and get your money back as soon as possible. If the purchase was made using a debit or credit card, it may take up to 30 days for the refund to appear.
