Google and EU cookies law

In compliance with the European Cookies Law, Google invites all website owners to use the Analytics and Adsense services, by September 30, 2015. The European Cookies Act dictates that when a website is based in the European Union or is addressed to residents of its countries European Union, must state that it uses cookies to visitors. It must explain the purpose for which it uses cookies and request the visitor’s permission before creating cookies on its system.

If a website does not comply with the guidelines, it may be subject to penalties by the country’s audit authorities, which could result in a fine. Indicatively, we mention that in some websites in Spain in 2013 fines were imposed that reached the amount of 5,000 euros.

Compliance with European law is done by using appropriate messages to the user that the website uses cookies, corresponding to what you may see on our website when you visit it for the first time. To enter such a message you can contact the management company of your website or the Web Expert.
