Entersoft Business Suite WooCommerce Bridge automates complex and time-consuming management tasks and takes care of synchronizing warehouse, orders and customers between the two systems, effectively managing WooCommerce products and orders through Entersoft's Entersoft Business Suite .

For example, if you sell a product through the physical store, and record the sale at Entersoft Business Suite, the online store will be notified of the new stock quantity. The same will happen if you update your Entersoft Business Suite with new products or update an existing field (description, category, availability, etc.), WooCommerce will sync automatically.

Similarly, when you sell a product through the online store, Entersoft Business Suite will  update in real time with the order and will bind the stock. All you have to do is collect the products, invoice the order and complete it through the Entersoft Business Suite. WooCommerce will be automatically update of the new status of the order, will send the WooCommerce e-mail messages to the user and will activate any procedures you have accused.

How does it work

It is standalone software, implemented in PHP, that uses WooCommerce's structural classes (CRUD) and talks directly to it. The software is hosted on the same site as the online store and does not mediate any other third-party software or service when exchanging information. The functions of the bridge are performed automatically, in the background, without burdening the online store. Some of them are time-scheduled, while others can be run manually, through the WordPress admin area, Unlike standard solutions, they offer better fit, faster speed, scalability and require zero maintenance. The communication of the erp and the extraction of information from Entersoft Business Suite is done in one of three selectable ways: a) web services b) xml/csv file c) intermediate base.

Web Services

Web services is a service offered by Entersoft for Entersoft Business Suite that opens a communication channel between the software and the bridge in real time. These are programmed endpoints, which the bridge calls to receive or provide real-time information, unlike the other methods. Communication between WooCommerce and Entersoft Business Suite is two-way and all functions are supported.

CSV/XML files

The csv/xml files are static files that Entersoft Business Suite exports and syncs to the server, which the bridge reads and pulls the information from. Unlike web services, extracting information from static files deprives the immediacy of the information. The communication is characterized as one-way and it is not possible to synchronize customers and orders from WooCommerce to ERP.

Intermediate data base

The intermediate database is a proxy database that communicates with Entersoft Business Suite and copies the desired information into its own tables. The bridge reads the information from the middleware and updates WooCommerce. To send information to Entersoft Business Suite, the bridge updates the middleware, and Entersoft Business Suite reads from it. WooCommerce and Entersoft Business Suite communication is two-way and all functions are supported, however it is time-slotted and not real-time.
