The customer.

Singleparent is an information portal for all divorced, widowed and unmarried parents, but it is not limited to the single-parent family in the strict sense of the word. It applies equally to all parents who feel alone in their marriage, to parents who are single because they have lost their children, to those who raise their children alone because the other parent has emigrated or works away from home, to parents who have remarried (mixed families) or have adopted (foster families), to homogenous families and in general to all the modern forms of family brought with it by the change of times.

The challenge.

SingleParent is apparently a site with several programming features, mainly in the proper serving of user content. The previous website already existed in WordPress but used a misspelled, ready-made theme, while several plugins were trying to render the content properly.

Our goal was to create a custom theme that would play perfectly on mobiles, tablets and PCs, rendering content through it, removing all unnecessary plugins and transferring all content to new structures.

Our team created a new wordpress theme, set up all the structures properly and delivered the content without any problems. We managed to deliver an even website, with all the peculiarities of the website, reducing the loading speed and the resource requirement by 70%.
